Certified Nursing Assistant - 10pm-6am Shift

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at the Fort Worth Wellness and Rehabilitation Center. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses, including assistance with activities of daily living, medication administration, and vital sign monitoring
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and services provided
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall care experience for residents
Demonstrate a commitment to patient satisfaction, dignity, and respect in all interactions
