We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Bedford Wellness and Rehabilitation Center, a leading provider of nursing and rehabilitative services in Bedford, Texas. About the Role:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will work under the supervision of our licensed nursing staff to provide direct patient care, including:
- Assisting patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to licensed nursing staff
- Assisting with range of motion exercises and maintaining patient safety
- Providing emotional support and companionship to patients
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient care
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents and guests
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Stay up-to-date on the latest medical procedures and best practices in patient care
- Participate in in-service training and education programs to enhance knowledge and skills
- Maintain a clean and organized environment, adhering to infection control practices
