CARE PROVIDER RESPONSIBILITIES:

• assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and ambulation assistance
• taking initiative at client's homes & engaging in social activities
• effectively documenting client changes
• effectively communicating with team
• providing a positive & professional experience to our clients

CAREGIVER REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 years relevant caregiver experience preferred
• current auto liability required
• personal vehicle required
• valid driver's license required
