Bilingual Spanish-Speaking Caregiver / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Fort Worth

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Bilingual Spanish-speaking Caregiver / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality assistance to clients in Fort Worth, North Richland Hills, Alliance and Hurst. This role offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals requiring support with daily living activities. Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
Monitor and report on clients’ health status and any changes in condition
Follow care plans and ensure safety protocols are maintained
Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation as needed
Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
Communicate effectively with clients, family and healthcare team

Skills and Qualifications:

Valid CNA certification and current license in the state of Texas
Bilingual in Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Prior experience in caregiving or a similar healthcare role preferred
Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor
Ability to work flexible hours, including all shifts as needed
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to lift, bend, and stand

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year experience in caregiving preferred
Must be able to provide care within a 30 mile radius of your home
Must be reliable, compassionate, and professional
Must receive a TB test or Chest X-Ray
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check, including an arrest record and report
Must work a minimum of 1 shift a week
