Quality AnalystQuality Data, Analysis & ReportingCollect, analyze, and interpret quality and operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunitiesTrack and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as PPM, defect rates, returns, SCARs, corrective actions, and process performanceDevelop dashboards and visual tools to support management decision-makingContinuous Improvement & Process OptimizationIdentify and lead continuous improvement opportunities related to product quality, inspection methods, warehouse processes, and supplier performanceSupport and participate in Lean, Kaizen, and structured problem-solving initiativesFacilitate root cause analysis using methodologies such as 5 Whys, Fishbone, Pareto, and A3Partner with Operations and Warehouse teams to reduce waste, variation, and reworkMeasure and validate the effectiveness of improvement actions using data and KPIsRecommend process, tooling, or system improvements to prevent recurrence of quality issuesSupplier & Product Quality SupportAnalyze supplier quality performance and identify improvement opportunitiesSupport supplier corrective action requests (SCARs) and verify long-term effectivenessAssist with incoming inspection strategies and risk-based inspection approachesCorrective & Preventive ActionsDrive corrective and preventive action processes from problem identification through closureTrack action items, due dates, and effectiveness checksEnsure corrective actions are aligned with prevention and continuous improvement principlesCustomer & Internal Quality SupportSupport customer quality issue investigations and data-driven resolutionAnalyze customer returns and complaints to identify systemic improvement opportunitiesCollaborate cross-functionally to improve customer satisfaction and quality consistencyDocumentation, Systems & ComplianceMaintain quality documentation, records, and improvement logsSupport internal audits and quality system compliance (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949)Assist in updating procedures, work instructions, and standard work resulting from improvement initiativesQualificationsRequiredAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent experience2–4 years of experience in quality, continuous improvement, or operational excellence rolesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data visualization/reporting toolsSkills & CompetenciesContinuous improvement mindsetData-driven decision makingCross-functional collaborationProcess mapping and analysisStrong written and verbal communication skillsPreferredAssociates or better in EngineeringEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
