The opportunity As a Community Associate, you will work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, creating and maintaining your own community within your center. You will help take care of all administrative and support needs for your customers so that they can focus on running their business. A typical day at IWG You arrive a few minutes before the center opens to make sure everything is ready and double‑check that nothing the cleaners have missed is overlooked. Throughout the morning, customers arrive requesting assistance: changing a Wi‑Fi code, confirming the arrival of a package, finding a meeting room, setting up a projector, and locating coffee. You respond to each request, ensuring services are correctly charged and invoices accurate. You also manage mail, email customers about returned items, and address additional requests such as printing or invoicing. In the afternoon, you help customers with tickets in our service portal and open a ticket when an issue arises. You coordinate with the Community Manager to organize next week’s networking event, write e‑invitations, and display posters. When a large group in meeting room 3 finishes, you facilitate their outing to a nearby restaurant before ending the day and ensuring everything is tidy for the next day. About you A good communicator with the ability to build strong professional relationships and empathize with customers (ideally 1+ year of customer service experience). Happy taking ownership of problems and finding ways to solve them. Positive, enthusiastic, and able to adapt to fast‑changing situations. Experience and confidence using MS Office and other basic IT equipment. Legally eligible to work in the country you are applying in and at least 18 years old.
