Job Description Job Description RESIDENT ASSISTANT: CONTRACT POSITION 2nd Shift- 3p-11p (every other weekend and holiday commitment required). GREAT PAY! *BONUS AVAILABLE* Certifications Required. Certifications must be listed on the Wisconsin State Registry (Standard Precautions, Medication Administration, Fire Safety, First Aid & Choking). Responsibilities and Duties * Assists with daily activities at individual's home. * Performs tasks including but not limited to making beds, doing laundry, preparing meals, washing dishes, cleaning, bathing, dressing, etc. * Prepares meals. * Administers oral medication written under doctor prescription Accompanies ambulatory patients outside of home. * Entertains patient by reading, talking, listening to individual, upon request.· * Record and report changes in residents' eating habits to supervisor * *The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.
