We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our Smithville team. Requirements

• Licensed dental hygienist
• X-ray / Radiography Certification

Valid Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
Strong knowledge of dental anatomy, terminology, and preventive health care.
Proficiency in panoramic imaging, bitewing x-rays, and CBCT.
Excellent patient care and communication skills with a professional and empathetic approach.
Understanding and adherence to HIPAA and patient confidentiality requirements.
Ability to manage documentation review and maintain accurate medical records.
Flexible, team-oriented, and motivated to provide outstanding patient experiences.

Job Description

Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, scaling, and periodontal maintenance to promote optimal oral health.
Conduct thorough patient assessments, including panoramic, bitewing, and Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) imaging.
Review and accurately document patient medical histories and treatment records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, preventive care, and treatment plans tailored to their needs.
Collaborate with dental professionals to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
Stay current on dental hygiene best practices, technologies, and regulatory standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant clinical environment.
