About the Position

Job Title: Interventional Radiology Technician Profession: Interventional Radiology Technician Specialty: Interventional Radiology Technician Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 AM - 05:00 PM Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: 2 years of complex interventional Cath experience required License: Registered Technologist Certifications: ARRT Certification Must-Have: BLS Certification Description: This is an interventional radiology technician position. The candidate must have 2-3 years of experience in a busy cardiac catheterization lab. The schedule is full-time, 4 days per week with one day off. On-call duty is required for nights, weekends, and holidays. The average on-call is 1 night per week and 1 weekend every 4-5 weeks. A 30-minute response time is expected for on-call duties. The unit performs diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures for adults and pediatrics. It has a large population of patients with advanced heart failure and cardiac transplant needs.
