Job Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to provide direct administrative and clinical oversight for an assigned facility. This role focuses on fostering a collaborative team environment, optimizing operational efficiencies, and maintaining quality standards to ensure superior patient care. The Clinic Manager will handle personnel lifecycle management, strategic staff scheduling, and act as a liaison between medical staff and executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and oversee clinical operations to maintain quality benchmarks.
• Manage lifecycle of personnel including recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate with Training Coordinator to mentor entry-level assistants.
• Align staff schedules with patient volumes and manage administrative duties.
• Serve as a link between medical staff and executive leadership.
• Perform diagnostic testing and manage revenue cycle processes for patient care.
• Ensure OSHA compliance, equipment maintenance, and inventory procurement.
• Participate in an on-call rotation and resolve patient inquiries for superior care standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 2-5 years of experience in clinical operations.
• Knowledge of all aspects of ophthalmic care.
• 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.

Experience

• 2 to 5 years of experience in clinical operations.
• Scribe experience is required.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.

Skills

• Proficient with all aspects of ophthalmic care.
• Experience with NextGen is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
