This role is responsible for changes, updates, and value-added services Answer client’s questions regarding payments and notices. Process endorsements for clients. Manage accounts. Cross-sell additional lines of business to existing customers. Support designated sales staff. Review and respond to renewal activities. Follow up and see tasks thru to completion. Qualifications Role: Insurance Experience – Active Property & Casualty License required. Multi-tasking - Ability to successfully manage different projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment. Communication – The ability to speak and write in a clear and calm manner, ensuring customer satisfaction above all. Organization – Ability to plan and operate in a well-organized manner. Team Oriented – Ability to work as a part of a team, as well as maintain a positive attitude and good energy in the workplace. Education and Certification Licensing required. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
