Job Summary Titan Window Clean is seeking a motivated, results-driven Door-to-Door Sales Representative to help expand our customer base and drive new business. This is a field sales / outside sales role focused on generating new clients through door-to-door outreach. You will introduce homeowners and businesses to our cleaning services, build relationships with potential customers, and close service agreements. Key Responsibilities Door-to-Door Sales & Lead Generation Conduct door-to-door outreach in residential and commercial areas Introduce customers to Titan Window Clean services Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities Customer Engagement Build rapport with homeowners and business owners Answer customer questions and explain service benefits Provide professional and friendly customer interactions Sales & Closing Present service packages and pricing Negotiate and close service agreements Meet or exceed personal sales goals Sales Activity Tracking Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity Use CRM / FSM software to track leads, appointments, and deals Compensation & Incentives 65,000 – 150,000 annual earning potential Uncapped commission structure Weekly bonus opportunities Weekly pay Commissions continue to be paid even after a salesperson leaves the company Titan Window Clean also provides additional sales opportunities for high performers to increase their earnings. Qualifications Strong English communication skills Proven customer service experience Experience in door-to-door sales, outside sales, or field sales preferred Ability to negotiate and close deals Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Sales experience is helpful, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
