Outside Sales Reps

Job Description

We are seeking highly self-driven young individuals, ages 18-23, who are eager to enter the sales field and have a very high earning potential selling whole home water filtration systems. This role is perfect for good people looking to get started in sales within a supportive sales team environment. Compensation is 100% commission-based, rewarding your hard work and dedication. Opportunity would require moving to Austin TX. living situation would be taken care of.

Responsibilities

Generate leads to build a solid customer pipeline
Conduct proactive customer outreach to engage prospects
Deliver persuasive sales presentations to close deals

Preferred Qualifications

Entry-level sales experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong self-motivation and drive to succeed
