Key Responsibilities of the RN - Labor and Delivery

• Provide comprehensive care in a high-risk obstetrical unit
• Manage cervical ripening, triage, and labor cases with attention to established ratios
• Circulate in C-section and recovery of high acuity patients
• Use GE fetal monitors and document information within Meditech and CPN systems

Requirements of the RN - Labor and Delivery

• Valid RN license
• Intermediate AWHONN fetal monitoring certificate
• Minimum 2 years of experience in high-risk labor and delivery care
• Proficiency in high-risk obstetrical bedside training and C-section circulation
