Mission Management Scrum Master (Onsite) Location: Aurora, CO; Dulles, VA; State College, PA. Requires active U.S. government Top Secret clearance (TS/SCI) and U.S. citizenship. Responsibilities Work closely with IPT Leadership, Product Owner, and other Scrum Masters to de‑conflict IPT development priorities, resolve cross‑IPT issues, lead sprint and increment planning, and facilitate cross‑team/cross‑discipline coordination and communication. Help plan the development increments and software builds in support of the program plan. Design and develop software part‑time when not performing scrum master duties. Work with engineers, architects, and leaders in an Agile environment. What You Will Learn Advanced software technologies and techniques including multi‑tiered architectures, AWS web services, and microservice design. Modern DevSecOps and CICD practices. Software lifecycle practices for large‑scale defense projects. Satellite ground system technologies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Experience with Agile metrics such as backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, and task definition. Software development experience using Java, C/C++, or a similar language. Experience with software engineering processes and best practices. Active Top Secret clearance; ability to obtain/maintain TS/SCI clearance required. U.S. citizenship. CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) preferred. Proficiency in object‑oriented design. Experience guiding Agile teams using Scrum practices and values. Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities. Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and automated testing. Experience in at least one satellite ground system area such as mission management, planning/scheduling, command and telemetry, satellite operations, or flight dynamics.
