ALTERNATE EXPERIENCE General comment on degrees: Most contracts allow additional experience (4-5 years) in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Strong understanding of Scrum methodology Experience working with cross-functional teams Proven ability to remove impediments and blockers Ability to manage and facilitate Scrum ceremonies Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills Commitment to continuous improvement and learning REQUIRED SKILLS Expertise in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) Ability to coach and mentor team members Proficiency in facilitating sprint planning and reviews Strong organizational and time management skills Understanding of backlog management and prioritization Experience in risk management and mitigation DESIRED SKILLS Knowledge of other Agile frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Lean) Familiarity with scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS) Experience with distributed or remote teams Ability to drive team motivation and morale Understanding of DevOps practices Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) YOUR FOREVER CAREER STARTS HERE Are you looking for more than just a job?
