Guest Experience Supervisor | Growth & Coaching Leader

Global Montello Group Corp.

Global Partners LP in Trumbull, CT is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to lead front-line staff, coach team members, greet guests, and ensure store policies are followed. You will oversee cash handling, POS operations, and daily housekeeping to maintain a safe, welcoming environment.

This role requires flexible hours (days, nights, weekends or holidays), 18+ age, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs; benefits include health insurance, 401k, and tuition reimbursement.
