What You’ll Own

• Your daily rhythm involves spearheading the financial roadmap for expansion, including the rigorous evaluation and successful integration of M&A targets.
• Orchestrate the flow of job costing, WIP, and revenue recognition to ensure the portfolio maintains peak margin performance across all sites.
• Direct the modernization of ERP systems and automated dashboards to provide real-time visibility into project-level risk and performance.
• Anchor the company’s capital position by navigating sophisticated banking relationships, bonding limits, and complex credit facilities.
• Strengthen operational alignment by tightening change order discipline and contract risk protocols across the entire project lifecycle.
• Architect a high-performing finance organization that operates with the speed and precision required for a rapidly expanding footprint.

What We’d Like to See

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. MBA required. CPA preferred
• Deep mastery of high-volume job costing and WIP management for multi-project environments at scale.
• Experience with the financial side of the M&A cycle, specifically focused on post-merger integration, blending separate general ledgers, and onboarding acquired companies into a unified accounting framework.
• Related background overseeing capital structure, treasury strategy, liquidity planning, and financial modeling to support informed executive decision‑making.
• Leadership style that combines strategic direction with operational accountability and the development of scalable, modern internal systems.
