Are You A Fit?

We are seeking an AI Solutions Architect to design, build, and optimize enterprise-grade AI agents and solutions. This role combines technical depth with strategic consulting, enabling you to transform complex business challenges into scalable, production-ready AI architectures.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Advisory: Partner with enterprise leaders to define AI strategies aligned with measurable business outcomes.

• Agent Development Lifecycle: Lead scoping, design, tooling, evaluation, launch, and continuous optimization of AI agents.

• Workflow & Architecture Design: Map customer problems into agentic workflows and technical specifications.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, product managers, and data teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Production Iteration: Monitor live agents, troubleshoot issues, and drive measurable improvements.

• Innovation Opportunities: Identify product gaps and feed insights back to engineering teams.

Must-Have Skills

• 7+ years of experience in AI engineering, agent development, or enterprise consulting.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or related field.

• English level: C1 Advanced.

• Proven expertise in AI/ML concepts, agent architecture, and enterprise system integration.

• Strong consulting background with ability to advise executives and manage complex projects.

• Track record of delivering AI solutions with measurable business impact.

Nice-to-Have

• AI Tooling Proficiency: Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, RAG, or similar frameworks.

• Hands-on experience deploying multi-agent workflows in production.

• Familiarity with evaluation frameworks, prompt engineering, and monitoring tools.

• Industry expertise in Financial Services, Healthcare, E-commerce, or Telecom.

• Consulting or advisory experience in enterprise technology strategy.

• Preferred working hours aligned with EST–PT US time zones.
