Painter/General Maintenance TechnicianAs one of the largest and most reputable property management companies in the Upper Valley, we are currently seeking a highly motivated and driven Painter/General Maintenance Technician for Real Property Management in Lebanon NH. This position is responsible largely for Painting, Drywall, and general labor/handyman work for the properties we manage throughout the Upper Valley. Strong candidates will bring a full range of knowledge, including but not limited to general carpentry/handyman skills, minor electrical, minor plumbing, painting, and drywall work.
