Maintenance TechnicianAs one of the largest and most reputable property management companies in the Upper Valley, we are currently seeking a highly motivated and driven Maintenance Technician for Real Property Management Beacon. This position is responsible largely for handyman work, general labor, and potential painting/drywall work for the properties we manage throughout the Upper Valley. Strong candidates will bring a full range of knowledge (including but not limited to) general carpentry/handyman skills, minor electrical, minor plumbing, painting, and drywall work.
