Wound Care Center RN - Case Manager Role
Healogics
Healogics is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient care and oversee intake and discharge for Wound Care Center patients. You may also assist in the vein clinic after specialized training and serve as a case manager for a group of patients, coordinating care and documenting outcomes. The role requires an active RN license and a solid foundation in patient advocacy, with BSN preferred and experience in wound care or medical-surgical settings advantageous. #J-18808-Ljbffr Healogics
