Multi‑Axis CNC Setup Machinist (Mills/Lathes)

- Do you enjoy translating blueprints and GD&T into flawless parts?
- Are you comfortable programming, setting up, and running both mills and lathes?
- Do you take pride in first-article accuracy and consistent quality checks?
- Are you the one who spots the small issues before they become big problems?
- Program CNC equipment (mills and lathes) using G-code or similar languages; define zeros, tool registers, offsets, and compensation.
- Perform setups: three- and four-jaw chucks, tooling, collets, stops, stock pushers; indicate vises and tram heads.
- Run and verify first pieces; adhere to QA procedures and international standards.
- Monitor cycles, adjust parameters, and maintain safe operations per company procedures.
- Complete preventive maintenance and escalate repairs as needed.
- Record production data, quantities, and defects; maintain accurate logs.
- Support new requests and continuous improvements to add value.
- Perform other duties as required by production priorities.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of CNC processes and machinery.
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T.
- Comfort with calipers, micrometers, and related inspection tools.
- Detail orientation and a quality-first mindset.
- Technical credential in CNC or related field.
- Experience operating CNC equipment in production.
- G-code programming capability.
- Knowledge of inspection methods and quality systems.
- Collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Mazak platforms

- Pay: 20 to 34 USD per hour, based on experience and qualifications
