Product Manager - Content Solutions

Product Manager for Content Solutions at AbbVie's Business Technology Solutions team, leading digital transformation initiatives across the content lifecycle. The role focuses on developing and improving technical solutions, managing AI-powered tools, and collaborating globally with commercial affiliates to enhance content operations and capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Propose and lead programs improving technical solutions throughout content lifecycle management
- Partner with Customer Excellence and affiliate teams to define content solutions roadmap
- Own initiatives including AI-powered content review, deployment improvements, and Vault enhancements
- Manage product portfolio, align cross-functional stakeholders on scope and timeline
- Evaluate emerging business needs and technology solutions to balance objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 7 years experience, Master's with 6 years, or PhD with 2 years
- Experience managing or coaching vendor resources
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build trust
- Proven project leadership with demonstrable positive results
- Vendor negotiation experience and strong analytical skills
- Ability to work across global time zones and interact with business leaders
- Interest in technology trends and their application to user experience
