Senior Finance Manager (FP&A) | Life Sciences LHH is partnering exclusively on a Senior Finance Manager opportunity with a highly innovative and growing organization. This is a strategic FP&A leadership role supporting the company's evolution from R&D-focused operations to commercial growth. This position partners closely with executive leadership, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and technical teams to drive forecasting, budgeting, business insights, and financial decision-making. What You'll Do Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes Partner with operational and technical leaders to support strategic initiatives and business objectives Develop financial models, management reporting, and variance analyses Drive financial discipline and resource planning across multiple departments Support monthly close activities and accrual reviews Deliver actionable insights to senior leadership to support growth and commercialization efforts Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced financial visibility What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree with 9+ years of progressive finance experience, or Master's/MBA with 5+ years Strong FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling expertise Experience supporting operations, manufacturing, supply chain, R&D, or commercial organizations Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, MedTech , or related manufacturing industry experience preferred Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and communicate effectively with senior leadership Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills Why This Opportunity?
