Senior Finance Manager - R&D

Senior Finance Manager - Research & Development I'm partnering with a growing, innovative organization seeking a Senior Finance Manager to support Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and related technical functions. This is a highly visible finance business partner role responsible for forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting, strategic analysis, and supporting key operational leaders in driving business performance. Key Responsibilities: Partner with operational leaders to support strategic and financial objectives Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities across multiple business functions Develop detailed financial models, management reports, and performance analyses Monitor actual results against forecasts and identify risks and opportunities Drive financial discipline and accountability throughout the organization Support monthly close activities, including accrual reviews and variance analysis Partner cross-functionally to ensure forecasts align with business initiatives and project timelines Support capital expenditure planning and investment analysis Identify process improvements and help enhance financial planning and reporting processes Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field 7+ years of progressive FP&A, Operations Finance, Manufacturing Finance, or related experience Strong experience supporting supply chain, manufacturing, production, or operational organizations Advanced budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and reporting skills Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights Strong business partnering and communication skills Experience within biotech, pharmaceutical, medical device, technology, consumer products, or other product-based manufacturing environments is a plus We're especially interested in candidates with deep supply chain, biotech and manufacturing finance experience. Candidates coming from organizations with complex production, operations, inventory, procurement, logistics, or technical operations environments.
