Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated Formulation Manufacturing Technician to join their team. As a Formulation Manufacturing Technician, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting operational excellence and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Formulation Manufacturing Technician

Location: Hayward, CA

Pay Range: $24hr

Shift: 530AM to 4PM - Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday

What's the Job?

• Maintain, operate, and perform light repairs on machinery and product lines to ensure smooth manufacturing processes.
• Proactively identify defects or issues in the manufacturing line or product and report findings to supervisors or engineers.
• Assist in the maintenance and repair of machinery and products to uphold quality standards.
• Record and enter data accurately into forms or computer systems to ensure proper documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by adhering to safety and operational protocols.

What's Needed?

• Basic to intermediate math, problem-solving, and computer skills.
• Experience of 3-7 years in manufacturing or related fields.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to effectively report issues and collaborate with team members.
• Willingness to work the specified shift schedule.
