Job Overview

This position supports the manufacturing operations of a leading cabinet production company. The role involves assembling cabinets and doors using hand tools and production equipment in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment. You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality output through precise assembly, finishing, and related production tasks.
Key Responsibilities

• Assemble cabinets according to specifications, ensuring proper fit and adherence to quality standards.
• Install shelves, hinges, and other hardware using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Assist in the door department or other production areas as needed, supporting the manufacturing of cabinet doors and components.
• Operate basic machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform sanding, painting, and finishing tasks to achieve a consistent and polished appearance.
• Follow work instructions, production schedules, and safety guidelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace, ensuring proper handling of tools and materials.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and resolve quality issues.
• Adapt to different roles or departments as assigned and demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills.

Work Environment

This role is based in a large manufacturing facility with approximately 500 employees. The facility is clean, fully indoor, and temperature-controlled, providing a comfortable workspace year-round. Work is scheduled Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Daily tasks involve the use of hand tools and production machinery within a structured and team-oriented environment.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Liberty Lake, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
