Production Laborer
Job Summary

• Perform general production labor in a pre-mix concrete facility
• Handle, stack, and inspect concrete products in a fast-paced environment
• Support production lines and maintain consistent output

Responsibilities

• Stack and move concrete blocks and materials (20-70+ lbs)
• Feed and remove products from production lines
• Inspect products for defects and remove damaged items
• Grind and finish concrete for quality appearance
• Bag and palletize materials for shipment
• Monitor production output and meet daily targets
• Perform general cleanup (sweeping, shoveling, organizing)
• Assist with basic maintenance and equipment support
• Follow all safety procedures, including lifting and lockout/tagout
• Work with team to keep production running efficiently

Requirements

• Ability to perform heavy, repetitive labor for full shifts
• Able to lift 50-70 lbs consistently
• Comfortable in fast-paced, physically demanding work
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Comfortable working in dusty and outdoor conditions
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and instructions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in production, manufacturing, or construction labor
• Experience with stacking, loading, or palletizing
• Mechanical aptitude or interest in machinery
• Forklift experience or willingness to learn
• Experience using basic&taedtntols

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane Valley, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
