This is an exceptional opportunity to work within a highly regarded, market-leading group that advises on some of the world’s most complex and high-profile project finance and infrastructure transactions across the energy, natural resources, and private capital sectors.Candidate ProfileJD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.Active Bar Admission in New York or Washington, D.C., in good standing.2+ years of substantive experiencein finance-related transactional work Experience in project finance, energy, natural resources, infrastructure, and/or private equity transactions strongly preferred Exposure to domestic and cross-border financings, including acquisition and development financings Prior experience at a top-tier U.S. or international law firm preferred Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex transactions in a fast-paced environment The ideal candidate manages client relationships with ease.
