§ Salary : $235,000 to $260,000 Base Compensation

§ Schedule : Fulltime, Direct-Hire, Minimum 1,850 hours annual billed target

§ Duties :

This role is tailored for an ambitious attorney ready to facilitate the complex financial structures that bring massive energy and infrastructure visions to life. The day-to-day involves navigating the intricate web of debt and equity financing to ensure projects reach successful financial close. Core responsibilities encompass: ⨖ Drafting and negotiating critical credit agreements, security documents, and cash waterfall provisions. ⨖ Managing the logistical complexities of leveraged finance closings from term sheet to final funding. ⨖ Conducting rigorous due diligence on project viability, regulatory compliance, and off-take agreements. ⨖ Advising sponsors on debt syndication, intercreditor relations, and long-term capital structuring.

§ Qualifications :

Candidates must exhibit a foundational mastery of complex financial mechanics. ⨖ Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school with outstanding academic credentials. ⨖ Two (2) to Three (3) Years of relevant experience in project finance, acquisition finance, or complex lending. ⨖ Active Bar License in the state of New York or Colorado. ⨖ Proven capability to execute document-intensive financial closings with precision.

§ Skills :

The following unique credentials will elevate a candidate's profile: ⨖ Specific familiarity with ISDA master agreements or EEI master power purchase and sale agreements. ⨖ Experience navigating the unique capitalization structures inherent to the renewable energy transition. ⨖ A background in quantitative analysis or undergraduate studies in finance or economics.
