As an Associate in Business Operations - Kinexys Governance, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring cutting edge products and solutions meet firm and regulatory standards, safeguarding the health and longevity of the business through robust resiliency measures, and establishing strong evidencing and documentation standards.Job responsibilitiesReviews control measures for effectiveness and potential control gapsWorks closely with Control functions and Product teams on identification and resolution of risk issuesAssesses and communicates impact to business due to changes in firm policy or regulationsProvides guidance on Product-led governance tasks Oversees the business alignment of internal risk & control and resiliency dashboardsAssist with the creation and/or update of materials for governance forumsProvides oversight and support during control related initiatives, e.g., Audits, Regulatory inspections, Compliance reviews, issue remediation, etc.Required qualifications, capabilities, and skillsPrevious experience in a control or control-adjacent roleProject and process management skills, including proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication skills with the ability to succinctly communicate complex issuesAbility to forge strong relationships across a broad range of internal teams and stakeholdersProficiency in Confluence, Jira, and Microsoft Office SuitePreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills2+ years of control or control-adjacent experience in Emerging Tech that required operational analysis and risk management JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
