Effective communication, problem solving, and teamwork are key attributes an individual must possess. Role And Responsibilities Here’s What You’ll Be Responsible For: Follow all safety protocols. Practice 5S methodology. PM activities on photolithography spinner systems. Data analysis to identify tool performance. Ownership & Accountability. Metric ownership. Problem solving skillset. Successful candidates will be detail and task oriented and place high value on customer service, team work and flexibility. High level of initiative and desire to learn. Ability to quickly learn new systems and adapt to procedure changes. Ability to meet due dates for action items. Successful candidates will strictly adhere to SOPs. Familiar with TPM concepts. Work hours: D Shift (night) – Wednesday through Friday (6:45pm – 7:15am) with alternating Saturdays. Skills And Qualifications Here’s what you'll need: Two year technical degree, equivalent military experience, and/or 2+ years direct applicable photolithography semiconductor experience in high volume manufacturing environment. Familiar with Clean Room Environment. Semiconductor Equipment Maintenance Certifications. The current base salary range for this role is between $26.00 - $33.00/hour. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
