Executive Assistant Opportunity

Hartwig Staffing is partnered with a well-known company in Oklahoma City. They are currently looking to add an Executive Assistant to their team. This position is only open because someone is retiring! Compensation on this role is $55000 to $65000, potentially more for experience.

Skills You Need

Ideally 2 to 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant working for a large family owned business
Having a bachelors degree is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Team, Outlook, and Powerpoint, as well as Zoom and WebEx
This position will handle a wide range of high-level projects and tasks related to the business as well as supporting the family
