Salary: $70,000.00 annually.

The Community Director is responsible for the day to day operations of the apartment community or group of communities included in their assigned leasing center.

this responsibility includes but is not restricted to:

Building a strong team with common goals and objectives.

Participation and oversight of budgeting, workplace safety, financial reporting and tracking, marketing, operations, human resource administration and a propertys overall performance as a real estate asset.

Qualified Candidates must have the following experience and qualifications:

• Experience managing 300 or more units.
• 3-5 years as a Community Manager. Experience creating yearly budgets and reporting variances.
• Experience directly supervising maintenance team, leasing team and contractors.
• Strong leasing and sales experience, good organizational ability and effective delegation
• Own reliable transportation
• Have a valid PA driver's license
• Outstanding customer service and sales skills are essential.

Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Supervision of all day to day operations
• Oversee expenses and budget variances
• Inspecting each building weekly.
• Inspect vacant apartments and decide on the extent of the turnover repairs/redecorating
• Inspect apartments ready for move in.
• Ensure rental agreements are being properly completed and renewed.
• Ensure that company equipment is kept in proper working order.
• Supervise and motivate on site staff to maintain company branding and vision.
• Communicate effectively with executives on significant operating issues.
• Oversee daily marketing/sales/customer service effort.
• Plan and execute resident retention activities.
• Conduct outreach and marketing to local community Leaders and organizations.
• Own reliable transportation
• have a valid PA driver's license
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience with Yardi or other property management software.
