We Stand For Service is more than part of our name, it's our mission and our purpose. WSFS Bank is currently seeking a Title Processor for Arrow Land Transfer Company, a subsidiary of WSFS Bank. The Title Processor will be responsible for preparing and reviewing closing documents for accuracy, creating commitment documents, reviewing closing packages, disbursing checks, ordering title searches, preparing HUD‑1s/CDs, tax/utility certifications and payoffs, preparing documents for recording, disbursing files, accurately computing recording/filing fees for various counties and municipalities, clearing title issues, and preparing final title policies. This is a full‑time position, working 40 hours a week Monday‑Friday, 9:00 am‑6:00 pm in Bryn Mawr, PA. Responsibilities The incumbent will prepare and review closing documents for accuracy, create commitment documents, review closing packages, disburse checks, order title searches, prepare HUD‑1s/CDs, tax/utility certifications, payoffs, documents for recording, disburse files, compute recording/filing fees, clear title issues, and prepare final title policies. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required. Must have a minimum of 2 years of previous office and administrative work experience with a banking environment focus. Must have 2 years of previous title experience, preferably in PA, DE and NJ. Requires firm understanding of Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, Access, and Power Point. Softpro Select preferred but not required. Must maintain the highest level of security and confidentiality. Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, a strong degree of flexibility and the ability to adapt to an ever‑changing list of priorities while providing excellent customer service. Must be able to work independently and must utilize a high degree of independent judgment based on knowledge of the Company, policies and procedures to make sound decisions. Salary Range: $38,099.00 – $62,591.75. Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate's experience, job‑related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
