What you'll be doing Licensed life insurance/annuity advisors run appointments in California, with the goal of scaling from 35-40 hires in May to 100-120 long-term across the practice Work assigned dials and inbound calls to qualify and close leads Maintain pipeline hygiene in the CRM and hit daily activity quotas Run policy reviews, present quotes, and place coverage that fits the client Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle What success looks like Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets Month 6: Consistently producing at the median earnings band (~$250K annualized) Year 1: Top performers clearing $150K+ and earning first look at leadership tracks Who we're looking for Coachable.
