This is not a role where you’ll simply support from the sidelines. You’ll be a key contributor to case strategy, client management, trial preparation, and case execution, working alongside a team of experienced attorneys and highly skilled family law paralegals. For an experienced Family Law Paralegal seeking greater responsibility, professional development, and long-term career growth, this is an outstanding opportunity. The Role Working closely with attorneys and fellow paralegals, you’ll take ownership of a varied caseload and play a critical role throughout the lifecycle of each matter. Key responsibilities include: Drafting motions, decrees, agreed orders, discovery responses, special provisions, and trial materials Managing case progression and supporting attorneys throughout litigation Acting as a key point of contact for clients, providing updates and coordinating documentation Preparing exhibits, witness lists, trial binders, and hearing materials Supporting mediations, hearings, and final trials Working collaboratively with an experienced team of family law professionals Delivering exceptional client service during often challenging and emotional situations About You 5+ years of dedicated Family Law Paralegal experience Strong drafting experience across decrees, motions, discovery, and agreed orders Experience supporting hearings, mediations, and trial preparation Solid knowledge of Texas family law, including divorce, SAPCRs, modifications, enforcement actions, and property division Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively Comfortable working with legal technology platforms such as Clio, Monday.com, Dropbox, and similar systems A compassionate, client-focused approach and the ability to remain calm in high-conflict matters Highly desirable: Board Certified Paralegal status or actively working toward certification What's on Offer? $75,000 - $95,000 base salary depending on experience Quarterly performance bonus Year-end bonus 401(k) with company match BCBS medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Unlimited PTO following probation Hybrid working with two work-from-home days per week after 90 days CLE reimbursement and ongoing professional development support Lodging and attendance support for Advanced Family Law in San Antonio Annual TBLS and professional association dues reimbursed Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm schedule Collaborative culture with highly experienced family law professionals This opportunity is ideal for an accomplished Family Law Paralegal who wants to join a firm where their expertise is valued, their contribution recognised, and their career can continue to grow. #J-18808-Ljbffr
