Part-Time Travel Orthodontic Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)

Castle Dental, supported by Smile Brands, is seeking a motivated, patient-focused Part-Time Travel Orthodontic Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team in the Austin area!

Schedule (days/hours):

Tuesday, Friday

Responsibilities:

• Assist the doctor chairside during dental procedures
• Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments
• Take X-rays and maintain accurate patient records
• Support smooth patient flow and provider efficiency
• Educate patients and help create a comfortable office experience
• Work collaboratively with clinical and front office teams
• Travel between supported office locations as needed

Qualifications:

• Current TX RDA Certification
• CPR
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Team-oriented mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for creating a welcoming and comfortable patient experience

Compensation: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour offering $1000 Sign on Bonus
