Maitre D

As the Maître'd you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the seamless flow of our dining service. You will be the embodiment of hospitality, ensuring that each guest receives the highest level of personalized attention and service. This role will be part-time/ fill-in to support our current Maitre'd. While on duty, your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting guests with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for their dining experience.
• Managing reservations and seating arrangements to optimize table turnover while maintaining an atmosphere of exclusivity and comfort.
• Anticipating and accommodating the needs and preferences of guests, ensuring their satisfaction and delight throughout their visit.
• Coordinating with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure timely and synchronized service, maintaining the highest standards of efficiency and quality.
• Resolving any guest concerns or issues promptly and courteously, striving to exceed expectations at every opportunity.
• Cultivating and nurturing relationships with regular patrons, enhancing their loyalty and satisfaction with each visit.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a  Maître'd or in a similar role within a fine dining establishment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for providing outstanding hospitality.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of service and professionalism.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
