No two days look exactly the same — but your impact is clear. You May: Provide Person Centered Supports tailored to the individual's needs (including Activities of Daily Living, behavioral supports, coaching and skill-building) Assist with transportation to various activities and medical appointments Maintain safe, clean, and welcoming living environments (including laundry, housekeeping, and meal preparation) Teach valuable skills — from financial management to communication Be a source of companionship, guidance, and advocacy Accurately document care and daily activities What We’re Looking For: Compassion, reliability, and a willingness to learn 18 years or older A valid US driver’s license , reliable transportation with insurance Ability to pass a background check through DHS Summary of available Benefits: Paid (On the job) training Education Assistance 401(k) and matching Sick time Paid Time Off Health Insurance — including dental and vision Life Insurance Health Savings Account If you’re looking for a career where you can make an impact and grow, apply today.
