Bridge Engineer/Project Manager

We are expanding our team in the South Central region, and we are looking for a motivated Project Manager/Bridge Engineer to manage and lead bridge design projects in our Oklahoma City office. This position will provide a confident self-starter the opportunity for career advancement, while contributing to the firm’s growth in bridge engineering in Oklahoma. B&N Project Manager/Bridge Engineer Responsibilities Manage the bridge design project delivery to create an exemplary client experience to a wide variety of clients including the Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT) and cities & counties throughout the state and region Collaborate on project pursuits and preparation of proposals including scope, budget and deliverables Lead design and monitor task performance indicators, budgets, schedules, and contribute to management of risk Lead the design and production of bridge plans for ODOT and local agency projects Create an exemplary client experience throughout project delivery Monitor quality control, performance indicators, budgets, schedules, and manage risk Engage and coordinate with multi-discipline team members internally and externally Coach junior level staff and CADD technicians in-person and remotely Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering (civil or structural preferred) from an ABET accredited engineering program P.E.
