In this role, you’ll lead and manage bridge design and rehabilitation projects while providing technical oversight and guidance for the analysis, design, and inspection of highway, rail, and pedestrian bridges and related structures.STV Incorporated is a premier transportation and infrastructure consulting firm with a long-standing bridge engineering presence across Oklahoma. Our Oklahoma City team delivers bridge design and inspection services for state highway agencies and municipalities statewide.We’re looking for a collaborative, motivated leader who wants to help grow a successful bridge practice within a firm that values integrity, determination, and results. You’ll build trusted client relationships, contribute to business development, and mentor a strong local team, while partnering with a broader national bridge practice for support and expertise. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative, self-motivated, and detail-oriented professional to expand their leadership impact and take their career to the next level. **What You’ll Do*** Serve as a key leader within the Bridge Practice in our Oklahoma City office.* Manage bridge design and bridge rehabilitation projects from planning through delivery.* Lead, mentor, and develop structural staff supporting transportation projects.* Provide (and oversee) structural analysis, design, and inspection for bridges and related structures.* Serve as Project Manager and/or Bridge Design Task Lead, as needed.* Support business development by contributing to technical proposals and participating in client interviews.* Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, mentoring, and motivating junior staff.* Partners with managers, project engineers, and discipline leads to developing budgets, schedules, and delivery plans.**What You Bring*** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related discipline).* Minimum of 10 years of progressive structural/bridge design experience.* Professional Engineer (PE) license in Oklahoma (or ability to obtain).* Proven project management skills, including planning and coordinating work to meet deadlines.* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and teams.**What You’ll Get*** A high-impact leadership role within a growing bridge practice in Oklahoma.* Ownership and visibility, direct client interaction and influence on project strategy and delivery.* Project variety across bridge design, rehabilitation, and inspections (highway, rail, and pedestrian).* The opportunity to build and mentor a team, with support from STV’s broader national bridge resources.* A collaborative environment that values integrity, initiative, and professional growth.#LI-Hybrid #LI-MS1Compensation Range:$140,810.99 - $160,926.84**STV offers the following benefits** • Health insurance, including an option with a Health Savings Account • Dental insurance • Vision insurance • Flexible Spending Accounts (Healthcare, Dependent Care and Transit and Parking where applicable) • Disability insurance • Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment • 401(k) Plan • Retirement Counseling • Employee Assistance Program • Paid Time Off (starting at 16 days) • Paid Holidays (9 days) • Back-Up Dependent Care (up to 10 days per year) • Parental Leave (up to 80 hours) • Continuing Education Program • Professional Licensure and Society MembershipsSTV is committed to paying all of its employees in a fair, equitable, and transparent manner.
