About the Position

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS:

• Location: Ferndale, CA
• Start Date: ASAP
• Schedule: Monday- Friday 8a-5p
• Avg Patients/day: 18-20
• Ages: Adults
• Cases: Bread and butter Primary Care
• EMR: EPIC
• Credentialing: 30-60 days

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Board-Certified Family Medicine MD/DO
• Minimum 2 years' exp in Primary Care
• Active CA License
• Active CA DEA

Requirements

• Duration of contract: 13+ Weeks, potential for locums to perm

• Practice Setting: Primary Care

• Coverage & Call Reqs: None

• Charting Software: Epic

• Ave. Daily Census: 18-20

• Patient Age Group: Adults

• Procedures (if applicable): Great if you can do common outpatient IM procedures (biopsies, sutures, etc.)

• Equipment: Normal equipment found in a primary care outpatient office.

• Board Certifications: Preferred but not required

• License Certifications: Must have unrestricted CA medical license, DEA certificate, BLS or ACLS

• State License: CA Required

• CSR: Must have a DEA

• DEA: Must have a DEA

• Years of Exp. Required: Must have at least 2 years of outpatient primary care experience

• Charting Exp. Required: Epic experience
