Payroll Support Specialist

To support a growing payroll platform, the full-time Payroll Support Specialist will manage payroll inquiries, resolve issues, and guide customers through the payroll product, all while working remotely within the United States. Key responsibilities Handle payroll support tasks including pay runs, direct deposits, and tax filing corrections Diagnose and resolve payroll issues promptly, ensuring accurate and timely support for customers Write and maintain help articles and internal documentation to enhance team efficiency and customer self-sufficiency Required qualifications 1 - 2 years of experience in payroll support, processing, or operations 3+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in a SaaS, fintech, or HR/payroll software environment Solid understanding of payroll fundamentals and compliance requirements Experience writing help documentation or contributing to a knowledge base Familiarity with startup environments and the ability to work under pressure
