Hyve Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on, results-driven individual with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic to work in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment. Responsibilities Participating in shift start-up meetings with your department team Communicate current priorities and targets, any ongoing issues, process updates, expectations, quality goals and any additional relevant information pertaining to your department Attend daily recap production/shipping meeting when Supervisor is not present Direct hourly employees and assigns and coordinates daily production activities Determine and may develop methods and procedures to improve productivity and quality Always utilize efficient and effective flow process of WIP Prepare daily productivity reports Evaluate issues and potential problems proactively in a timely manner Ensure 5S housekeeping duties are assigned and completed daily Maintain open communication with hourly reports regarding goals and accomplishments Monitor department KPI’s for results and trends Develop contingencies and short-term processes as needed Identify bottlenecks that affect area goals or standards Develop hourly employees through training, coaching and mentoring Qualifications Proficient in Windows NT, Microsoft Word, Excel and email Must be able to effectively work within a team environment Excellent communication skills both written and verbal — by monitoring Email and replying to an update status of Work Orders, Sale Order, and Material Transfer Order May lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis Be able to stand for long periods of time Ability to reach and bend Ability to use hand-truck, pallet jack and operate a forklift Perks Company Discounts Community Involvement Opportunities Profit Sharing Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401k FSA & HSA Paid Vacation, Holiday & Sick Days Employee Stock Purchase Plan Tuition Reimbursement Live Well Work Well Program And More Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule 8-hour shift Monday to Friday Experience Shipping & receiving: 3 years (Required) Shift Availability Day Shift (Required) Night Shift (Required) Job Type: Full-time @ HYVE Solutions, we believe employees are our greatest asset and we empower them to make a difference in our business.
