Customer Service Specialist

Description Answering telephone calls about spare parts Preparation of spare part quotations Taking spare parts orders from customers Placing part orders with suppliers Following up on delivery times and order status Invoicing customer and following up on pricing questions/inquiries Locating spare parts in electrical and mechanical drawings Keeping lists of warranty items shipped to customers, keeping track of warranty parts to be returned to NENA/NSC Checking service/trip reports from engineers for requirements Check spare parts pricing - compare quotes from Germany to the prices in computer system Support purchasing and After-Sales by executing various administrative duties Additional Skills & Qualifications Customer Service Microsoft office (basic excel) Ability to read blueprints- huge plus Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Deptford, NJ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
