We're seeking an experienced Financial Advisor to manage and expand a large, mature portfolio in the Greenwich market, supported by a strong, referral-driven ecosystem across Retail, Business Banking, and Wealth teams.What You'll Do:Manage and grow a sizeable book of high-value client relationshipsDeliver sophisticated investment and insurance strategies aligned to client goalsDrive new business through referrals, centers of influence, and internal partnerships across the Greenwich marketProvide ongoing portfolio guidance, reviews, and proactive adviceCollaborate across the bank to deepen client relationships and uncover opportunitiesWhat You Bring:7+ years of experience in financial advising, wealth management, or similarProven success managing and growing a large book of businessStrong consultative approach and ability to serve complex client needsEstablished business development and relationship management skillsEducation and Experience Required:Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years' sales, sales administration, financial services, and/or retail banking experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 6 years' higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 2 years' sales, sales administration, financial services, and/or retail banking experienceLicenses Required:Series 7, 63, and 65 or 66Life/Variable Insurance licenseWhy M&T:Established book and referral network to accelerate impactAccess to a broad suite of investment and planning solutionsCollaborative, relationship-driven cultureOpportunity to scale and further deepen a high-value practice
