SR Quality Manager

What You’ll Do Lead process engineering and validation efforts to ensure product quality and efficiency Develop and maintain the Quality Management System (IATF 16949 and ISO 9001:2015) Identify non‑conformances and drive root cause corrective actions Establish and track KPIs across departments to measure performance Analyze trends and implement improvements based on data insights Manage Layered Process Audits (LPA) and PFMEAs Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma tools Support supplier quality and develop scorecards for performance monitoring Lead training and development initiatives to strengthen quality standards What We’re Looking For Experience with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001:2015 standards and audits Background in building or managing a Quality Management System Strong understanding of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies (PDCA, DMAIC, etc.) Experience with audits, compliance, and regulatory requirements Knowledge of PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, and GD&T Experience with process capability studies and quality tools Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings Bachelor’s degree preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Effective communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to make decisions and manage competing priorities Strong work ethic and sense of ownership Position located in Louisville, KY. #J-18808-Ljbffr WESTPORT MACHINING, LLC
