Job Title- Training and Support Specialist
Location- Raleigh, NC
Duration-12 Months
Position Overview:
- The candidate will create in-person and online training content to support organizational initiatives, necessitating strong content development, writing, and technical skills.
- Experience with SharePoint, Adobe Articulate, and Camtasia is preferred, along with the ability to facilitate virtual meetings.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.
- A background in developing curricula with subject matter experts and creating training videos is a plus.
- Must be detail-oriented and responsive.
